Directions
Add 2 scoops to 6 to 8 oz (177 to 236 ml) of water, milk, or non-dairy beverage. Shake or blend.

Aria blends soy and whey protein and adds biotin, vitamin C, folate, calcium and organic aloe vera. It has 15g of protein and 90 calories per serving. Designer Whey has 20g of protein and 110 calories per scoop.
