You’ll need:
2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
6 cups rice cereal
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Designer Protein soy protein powder (preferably a vanilla flavor like Angel Cake)
8 chopped candy bars (I did butterfingers)
Melt together the chocolate chips and peanut butter. Stir in vanilla and salt (this really brings out all the flavors!). Add your cereal to this mixture and stir lightly until each cereal piece is coated. Add your powdered sugar and protein powder to a big bag and add the chocolate covered cereal into it. Seal and shake until evenly coated! Add your chopped candy bars and then serve in bowls as a higher protein than your usual version snack!
