Recipe is below:
Crust:
1 cup cinnamon cereal, crushed
Caramel Apple filling:
1 apple, chopped
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp apple pie spice
Protein cheesecake:
1 cup cottage cheese
1 scoop Designer Protein Soy
1/4 cup caramel sauce
1/2 tsp apple pie spice
Prep your “crust”.
Then make the caramel apple filling by adding everything to a microwave safe bowl and microwaving for 1.5 minutes in 30 second increments, stirring every time.
Finally make your cheesecake filling! Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.
Layer your cheesecake cup and top with whipped topping of choice. Enjoy!
