Dive into these Cinnamon & Toffee Puffed Rice Cereal Bars for the perfect afternoon pick-me-up or post workout snack. Each chewy bar features tender whole grains, sweet and caramelized flavors from our Toffee Swirl Collagen, aromatic cinnamon, and rich maple syrup.

 

Ingredients

5 cups puffed brown rice cereal

1 cup pure maple syrup

1 cup creamy nut butter

½ cup Toffee Swirl Designer Collagen

2 tsp cinnamon


Directions:

  1. Add maple syrup, and nut butter to a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stirring frequently with a rubber spatula, heat the mixture until it is melted and smooth. Once melted, remove from heat and add the cinnamon and Toffee Swirl Designer Collagen and fold in until incorporated.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the puffed rice cereal and melted nut butter mixture. Using a rubber spatula, mix until the cereal is evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a 9x9 inch baking dish lined with parchment and spread into an even layer. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the bars are set. Cut into 16 bars, and enjoy within five days.
