5 cups puffed brown rice cereal
1 cup pure maple syrup
1 cup creamy nut butter
½ cup Toffee Swirl Designer Collagen
2 tsp cinnamon
- Add maple syrup, and nut butter to a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stirring frequently with a rubber spatula, heat the mixture until it is melted and smooth. Once melted, remove from heat and add the cinnamon and Toffee Swirl Designer Collagen and fold in until incorporated.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the puffed rice cereal and melted nut butter mixture. Using a rubber spatula, mix until the cereal is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9x9 inch baking dish lined with parchment and spread into an even layer. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the bars are set. Cut into 16 bars, and enjoy within five days.
