Recipe:
Protein cookie dough
(4 tbsp vegan butter, 4 tbsp peanut butter, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla, dash of salt, 2/3 cup gf flour, 1 scoop @designerprotein powder of choice, 2 tbsp almond milk, mini chocolate chips!)
1 cup dairy free yogurt
1 scoop @designerprotein vanilla protein of choice
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
Chocolate chips!
Make your protein cookie dough first. then; beat together your yogurt, protein, peanut butter, and maple syrup until fluffy then add as many chocolate chips as you desire! Layer your protein mixture with little bites or protein cookie dough in a lined muffin tin then freeze for 2+ hours! Enjoy!!
