Peanut Butter Bars


  • 1/2 cup JIF peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract ⠀
  • 2 scoops of Designer Whey French Vanilla
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips + 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup dried craisins
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans/walnuts (optional) ⠀


  1. Heat peanut butter, coconut oil, honey and vanilla in a saucepan over low heat and mix together.⠀
  2. Remove from heat and combine with protein powder, oats, craisins, chopped nuts (optional), chia seeds, and coconut flakes.
  3. Place in a 7X9 inch pan lined with parchment paper.⠀
  4. Add chocolate chips and coconut in a saucepan and place over low heat until melted. Drizzle over the tops of the bars.⠀
  5. Place in fridge for 1 hour before removing from pan and cutting into bars.
