INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup JIF peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/8 cup honey
- 2 tsp vanilla extract ⠀
- 2 scoops of Designer Whey French Vanilla
- 1 cup quick oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips + 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1/3 cup dried craisins
- 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans/walnuts (optional) ⠀
DIRECTIONS
- Heat peanut butter, coconut oil, honey and vanilla in a saucepan over low heat and mix together.⠀
- Remove from heat and combine with protein powder, oats, craisins, chopped nuts (optional), chia seeds, and coconut flakes.
- Place in a 7X9 inch pan lined with parchment paper.⠀
- Add chocolate chips and coconut in a saucepan and place over low heat until melted. Drizzle over the tops of the bars.⠀
- Place in fridge for 1 hour before removing from pan and cutting into bars.
