INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 c milk of choice (unsweetened vanilla cashew)
- 1 Tbsp pecan butter
- Shake pumpkin pie spice & salt
- 1 serving vanilla protein
- 1 c frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 apple
DIRECTIONS
- BLEND
- Layer with the rest of the apple slices and some Greek yogurt. Topped mine with a sprinkle of granola!
(This is a meal that will keep you satisfied 4-6 hours and out of the crash-crave cycle)
