Pecan Apple Smoothie Parfait


  • 1 1/2 c milk of choice (unsweetened vanilla cashew)⁠
  • 1 Tbsp pecan butter
  • Shake pumpkin pie spice & salt⁠
  • 1 serving vanilla protein
  • 1 c frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 apple⁠


  1. BLEND
  2. Layer with the rest of the apple slices and some Greek yogurt. Topped mine with a sprinkle of granola!

(This is a meal that will keep you satisfied 4-6 hours and out of the crash-crave cycle)⁠
