Wet ingredients
8 tbsp melted dairy free butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
1 tbsp fresh orange zest
Dry ingredients
1.5 cups flour
1 scoop Designer Protein Designer Reds
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup cranberries
Beat together wet ingredients. Add in dry ingredients (except the cranberries) and stir to evenly combine into a batter. Lightly stir in the cranberries. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350° for 35 min and finish at 375° for 10 more minutes!
Option to add a glaze, such as melted canned frosting like I did. Let cool then slice and serve!
