Wafer:
1.5 c almond flour
2 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
Caramel:
2/3 c peanut butter
1/3 c maple syrup
1/4 c melted coconut oil
make each layer separately by combining ingredients.
pack down wafer layer in silicone bar molds
top with caramel layer.
freeze until solid then dip each candy bar in melted chocolate.
chill until firm!
