Youâll need:
2 apples, diced
1 cup peanutsÂ
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp vegan butterÂ
1/3 cup maple syrup Â
1 scoop Designer Protein Soy
1 cup chocolate chips, meltedÂ
First make your protein caramel by adding peanut butter, vegan butter, and maple syrup to a microwave safe dish. Microwave for 1 minute and stir until smooth. Add your scoop of designer protein and stir until even and nice and thick!
Now mix your apples and peanuts in a dish. Coat with the caramel and then spread into one layer on parchment paper. Freeze for an hour, then top with melted chocolate and freeze for another hour! Cut & enjoy, store in freezer!
