4 Ingredient Vegan Peanut Butter Protein Bites

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup Designer Plant, Madagascar Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix everything but chocolate chips together until smooth
  2. Form mixture into bite size pieces and place on cookie sheet with wax paper
  3. Put cookie sheet in freezer while you melt the chocolate
  4. Melt chocolate in microwave being careful not to burn (:15 at a time)
  5. Dip balls in chocolate and place back in freezer for 15-20 minutes
  6. Enjoy! Store in refrigerator
