INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 3/4 cup Designer Plant, Madagascar Vanilla
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Mix everything but chocolate chips together until smooth
- Form mixture into bite size pieces and place on cookie sheet with wax paper
- Put cookie sheet in freezer while you melt the chocolate
- Melt chocolate in microwave being careful not to burn (:15 at a time)
- Dip balls in chocolate and place back in freezer for 15-20 minutes
- Enjoy! Store in refrigerator
