INGREDIENTS
- 3 small or 2 large bananas
- 2 servings Designer Whey 20g, French Vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 c coconut flour
- small container fresh blueberries
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- shake salt & cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- Mash bananas, add wet ingredients, stir & add dry
- Stir until combined
- 350° 15-20 min
- Made 9 muffins
