Blueberry Banana Lemon Muffins

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 small or 2 large bananas
  • 2 servings Designer Whey 20g, French Vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 c coconut flour
  • small container fresh blueberries
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • shake salt & cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mash bananas, add wet ingredients, stir & add dry
  2. Stir until combined
  3. 350° 15-20 min
  4. Made 9 muffins
