2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 1/2 cup Rice Krispies
6 scoops Designer Wellness Vanilla Protein Powder
2 t Cinnamon
1 t Salt
½ cup Unsweetened Applesauce
⅓ cup Maple Syrup
½ cup Almond Milk, Unsweetened
½ cup Greek Yogurt
1 t Vanilla
½ cup Cinnamon Chips
Icing:
3 oz Cream Cheese
½ cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 t Vanilla
2 oz powdered sugar or powdered sugar substitute
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 8”x8” baking pan with non-stick spray. In a food processor, blend oats into an oat flour. Pour into a large mixing bowl. Blend the rice krispies in a food processor until they are the consistency of coarse flour; add to the mixing bowl. Add the Protein Powder, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl; mix together. In a glass bowl, add the applesauce, maple syrup, greek yogurt, milk, and vanilla and microwave for 30 seconds; mix until combined. Pour the liquid mixture into the mixing bowl, combining the dry and wet ingredients; mix until blended. Pour batter into the prepared pan and press the mixture into the pan evenly. Bake for 25 minutes.
Icing: Put the cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, or until soft and stirrable. Add the greek yogurt and vanilla and mix with a small whisk. Add the powdered sugar and mix until the icing is well blended. Microwave the icing for 30 seconds before drizzling on the cinnamon roll squares.
