Cookie Dough Bites

Healthy treats do not get any easier than making cookie dough bites filled with protein! They are bite sized sized dough balls packed with superfoods, nutrients and require no baking to make for a fast festive recipe!

Servings: 8-12 bites

Passive Time 5 min

INGREDIENTS
1/4 c GF flour
60 G Designer Protein Whey Powder, Strawberry
2 tbsp Coconut oil, melted
1/2 c Nut Butter
2 tsp Strawberry Jam or Flavoring
1/4 c Chocolate Chips, mini
1-2 tbsp DF Milk or Water *if needed

INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk together flour and protein.
Mix in strawberry jam/flavoring, coconut oil and nut butter.
Fold in chocolate chips.
If batter is too dry/crumbly add in milk/water.
Roll into balls, drizzle with melted white chocolate.
Chill for 5-10 min or devour immediately.
