3 ripe bananas, mashed
3 eggs, regular or flax
¼ c maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2.5 c almond flour
1/2 c @designerwellness cookies n cream protein powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
½ c dairy free dark chocolate chips
gluten free oreo cookies (topping)
coconut oil (glaze)
sugar free powdered sugar (glaze)
Preheat over to 350F.
Mix together all wet ingredients.
Whisk together all dry ingredients except the oreos.
Pour wet mix into dry mix.
Combine well and pour into a lined bread pan.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until the toothpick test is clean.
Top with a mix of melted coconut oil + sugar free powdered sugar as a glaze.
Add on crushed oreos.
Allow to cool before cutting!
