INGREDIENTS
- 3-4 cups mixed berries (we added cherries)
 - 4 scoops Designer Egg Pure Vanilla
 - 2 Tbsp local honey
 - 6 Tbsp coconut oil
 - 1 cup oats
 - 1/2 cup oat flour
 - 1/8 tsp sea salt
 - 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
 - 1 tsp vanilla
 
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 F
 - In a bowl, combine berries, honey, and 1 scoop Designer Egg
 - Stir with a spoon until berries are coated in honey and powder
 - Next, using an 8x8 casserole dish, or something similar, add the berry mixture
 - In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, 3 scoops Designer Egg, coconut oil, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla
 - Use a fork to work the flour and oats into the wet ingredients
 - If the dough feels too dry, add an additional tablespoon of water or milk of choice
 - Once the dough begins to form clumps sprinkle it evenly over the berries
 - Place in the oven for 45 minutes
 - Once the crisp has begun to brown on top, and the berries are bubbling, remove it from the oven
 - Allow to cool, top with some coconut whipped cream, and enjoy!
