Double Chocolate Mousse

INGREDIENTS

  • MOUSSE:⠀
  • 1 scoop Designer Whey Double Chocolate
  • 2 dates
  • 2 T. coconut milk
  • 1 T. unsweetened cocoa
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • ½ T. honey
  • Splash vanilla extract⠀
  • WHIPPED COCONUT CREAM:
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • Splash vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. MOUSEE:
  2. Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
  3. Place in refrigerator to cool about 30 minutes before eating.
  4. Top with scoop coconut whipped cream.⠀
  5. WHIPPED COCONUT CREAM:
  6. Place can of coconut milk and mixing bowl/whisk in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
  7. Carefully open the can of coconut milk without shaking and scoop out the cream part, discard the liquid.
  8. Whisk on high until peaks begin to form and add a splash of vanilla to taste.
