INGREDIENTS
- MOUSSE:⠀
- 1 scoop Designer Whey Double Chocolate
- 2 dates
- 2 T. coconut milk
- 1 T. unsweetened cocoa
- ½ ripe avocado
- ½ T. honey
- Splash vanilla extract⠀

- WHIPPED COCONUT CREAM:
- 1 can coconut milk
- Splash vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- MOUSEE:
- Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
- Place in refrigerator to cool about 30 minutes before eating.
- Top with scoop coconut whipped cream.⠀
- WHIPPED COCONUT CREAM:
- Place can of coconut milk and mixing bowl/whisk in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
- Carefully open the can of coconut milk without shaking and scoop out the cream part, discard the liquid.
- Whisk on high until peaks begin to form and add a splash of vanilla to taste.
