Flourless Chocolate Cookies & Cream Protein Campfire Cookies 🍪

- 1/2 cup peanut butter (heat in microwave to make it softer if needed)
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 heaping scoop Chocolate Cookies & Cream powder (use ‘positravelty20’ for a discount!)
- 1/4 cup marshmallows
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet.
Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients then add in the marshmallows and chocolate chips. The batter should be thick and sticky. Scoop into balls and place on the baking sheet about 2” apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes then allow the cookies to cool.
