⢠3 ripe bananas
⢠3 eggs
⢠2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
⢠2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
⢠1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⢠1 teaspoon cinnamon
⢠1 teaspoon baking soda
⢠1 teaspoon baking powder
⢠pinch of salt
⢠3 cups almond flour
⢠1 scoopĀ Ā Vanilla Plant ProteinĀ
⢠2/3 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
⢠Mash the bananas in a large bowl using a fork.
⢠Add the rest of the wet ingredients and mix well.
⢠Add the dry ingredients and gently mix in the chocolate chips.
⢠Spoon the mixture into a greased or lined muffin tin and top with extra chocolate chips.
