• 3 ripe bananas
• 3 eggs
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
• 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• pinch of salt
• 3 cups almond flour
• 1 scoop Vanilla Plant Protein
• 2/3 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
• Mash the bananas in a large bowl using a fork.
• Add the rest of the wet ingredients and mix well.
• Add the dry ingredients and gently mix in the chocolate chips.
• Spoon the mixture into a greased or lined muffin tin and top with extra chocolate chips.
• Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes and enjoy!
