1/4 cup soy protein
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup brown sugar (scant)
1/4 cup vegan butter
1/4 cup peanut butter
Dash of vanilla and almond milk to make a sort of cookie dough consistency
Just add all your ingredients to a bowl except the almond milk and beat together. Add just enough almond milk to bring it all together and beat until emulsified. Spread and press on a parchment lined tray. (Reserve about 1/4 cup of the crumbles for the top)
Top the bark layer with homemade berry jam (or any sort of jam, fruit spread, etc)
FREEZE for 1+ hour, top with the rest of the crumble, slice and enjoy!
