Mango Tajín Protein Popsicles

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen mango

¾ cup nonfat greek yogurt

1 scoop Designer Wellness Whey Protein - French Vanilla

2 T agave syrup

1T 1t Tajín classic seasoning

1 T lime juice


Directions:

  1. In a blender, add frozen mango, greek yogurt, Designer Wellness Designer Egg Protein Powder, agave syrup, Tajín, and lime juice.

  2. Blend for 1 minute, until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and add more agave and/or Tajín if preferred.

  4. Gently scoop mixture with a spoon into popsicle molds. When molds are full, gently tap molds to release any bubbles.

  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.

  6. Release from popsicle molds and enjoy!


If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can use small Dixie cups to make small servings, or pour the entire mixture into a freeze-safe container, freeze, and enjoy like ice cream.
