Protein Fruit Pie Jars

Recipe to make 4 jars:
4 Graham crackers, crushed
Cream cheese filling:
4 oz dairy-free cream cheese
2 oz dairy-free Greek style yogurt 
1/4 cup powdered sugar 
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
Just beat these ingredients together until smooth.
Strawberry pie filling:
16oz strawberries, diced
2 tbsp sugar 
Add your ingredients to a pot. Bring to a boil on the stove then let simmer for 10 minutes, until thickened. Let cool for an hour before serving.
Now assemble your jars!! Layer the Graham cracker, creamy filling, and @designerwellness collagen jam. Top with whipped cream of course!
