INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 plain rice cakes⁠
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt⁠
  • 1 scoop Lite Protein Vanilla Cupcake
  • toppings of choice (chopped fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts & seeds)⁠

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together yogurt and protein powder.
  2. Spread yogurt mixture evenly on rice cakes and add toppings of choice.
