Protein Robin’s Eggs

Recipe is:
Protein Peanut Butter Filling:
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 tbsp melted butter 
1/4 cup Designer Wellness Soy protein powder
1/4 cup almond flour 
1/4 cup powdered sugar 

Topping:
1/2 cup white chocolate wafers, melted 
2 drops blue food dye
1 drop green food dye
Optional sprinkle of chocolate cookie crumbs for the speckle effect!

Beat together all ingredients for the filling. Chill for 30+ minutes then roll into 6 medium sized egg shapes.

Coat in speckled chocolate coating and chill for 30+ more minutes before serving!
