Recipe:
Brownies:
1 box mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 scoops Designer Protein Soy Angel Cake
2 eggs
Make according to box instructions, but add in the protein powder with the dry ingredients! Let cool for at least 2 hours before frosting (this can be sped up in the fridge)
Thin mint frosting:
8 tbsp room temperature butter or plant based butter
2 cups powdered sugar
2 scoops Designer Protein Soy Angel Cake
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
1/4 tsp green food coloring
Beat all ingredients together with a whisk attachment until fluffy!
Frost cooled brownies with a nice thick layer of frosting, then chill while you make ganache.
Chocolate ganache:
1/3 cup almond milk, heated to a simmer
1 cup chocolate chips
Add chocolate chips to hot milk and stir until it comes together nice and thick. Pour over top of the frosting and chill before slicing!
