Recipe is:
Filling:
3 tbsp melted vegan butter
1/3 cup vanilla cake mix
1/3 cup almond flour
1-2 tbsp almond milk
2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
Assembly:
12 dates, sliced in half and pitted
1/4 cup melted white chocolate and rainbow sprinkles for topping, optional
Just mix together your vegan butter, cake mix, almond flour, and Designer Protein powder to form a dough. Add 1-2 tbsp almond milk to make it more of a spreadable cookie dough consistency and add rainbow sprinkles.
After you’ve sliced and pitted your dates, fill each date with a scoop of birthday cake filling. Dip the date in melted white chocolate and sprinkles for extra fun!
