2 cups slivered almonds or cashews pieces
3 scoops Designer Egg vanilla protein powder
1 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
½ cup tahini
¼ honey
½ t salt
1 t cinnamon
Add cashews and protein powder to a food processor; pulse 5 times or until the cashews are the consistency of coarse sand.
Add the coconut, tahini, honey, salt, and cinnamon to the mixture; pulse until a soft dough forms. Add 2 T of water if the dough is too dry.
Form the dough into bite-size balls, approximately 1 ounce each; roll in sesame seeds or coconut flakes for an extra touch! Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
