* 1 serving of @designerprotein Egg Protein = 0g sugar, 50% fewer calories, 93% less fat, and 3x the protein of a normal egg.ā
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oilā
- Ā½ cup sugar or sugar substitute (I use Swerve)ā
- 2 tablespoons agaveā
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinachā
- Ā½ cup pistachiosā
- 2 scoops @designerprotein Vanilla Egg Protein Powderā
- 1 Ā¾ cup flourā
- 1 cup almond milkā
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegarā
- zest of 1 lemonā
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juiceā
- Ā½ teaspoon baking sodaā
- Ā½ teaspoon baking powderā
- pinch of saltā
Glaze Topping:ā
- 1 tablespoon confectionerās sugar (I use Swerve)ā
- 1 teaspoon @designerprotein Vanilla Egg Protein Powder (for vanilla flavor)ā
- 1 teaspoon of waterā
- Blend the spinach, pistachios, and almond milk until smooth then pour into a large mixing bowl.ā
- add in the rest of the wet ingredients then combine with the dry ingredients.ā
- pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 baking pan and bake at 350Ā° for 35 minutes.ā
- let cool then top with glaze and chopped pistachios.ā
