* 1 serving of @designerprotein Egg Protein = 0g sugar, 50% fewer calories, 93% less fat, and 3x the protein of a normal egg.â
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oilâ
- ½ cup sugar or sugar substitute (I use Swerve)â
- 2 tablespoons agaveâ
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinachâ
- ½ cup pistachiosâ
- 2 scoops @designerprotein Vanilla Egg Protein Powderâ
- 1 ž cup flourâ
- 1 cup almond milkâ
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegarâ
- zest of 1 lemonâ
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juiceâ
- ½ teaspoon baking sodaâ
- ½ teaspoon baking powderâ
- pinch of saltâ
Glaze Topping:â
- 1 tablespoon confectionerâs sugar (I use Swerve)â
- 1 teaspoon @designerprotein Vanilla Egg Protein Powder (for vanilla flavor)â
- 1 teaspoon of waterâ
- Blend the spinach, pistachios, and almond milk until smooth then pour into a large mixing bowl.â
- add in the rest of the wet ingredients then combine with the dry ingredients.â
- pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 baking pan and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.â
- let cool then top with glaze and chopped pistachios.â
