Dubai Chocolate Protein Bites

Yield: 6 Bites

 Ingredients:

⅓ cup oat flour

2 T cocoa powder

¼ cup pistachios, chopped

¼ cup pistachio butter

¼ cup honey or maple syrup (lite low calorie)

2 scoops VANILLA DESIGNER WHEY: 100% WHEY PROTEIN POWDER- DESIGNER PROTEIN ®

½ cup dark chocolate chips

1 T coconut oil

 Directions:

  1. Combine oat flour, cocoa powder, pistachios, pistachio butter, honey or maple syrup, and protein powder in a large mixing bowl. Using your hands or a spatula, mix thoroughly until a soft dough forms.
  2. Divide into 6 equal portions, rolling into 6 balls. Refrigerate for at least one hour
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for 1 minute at 50% power. Stir until smooth.
  4. Using a toothpick, dip each ball and coat in chocolate.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
  6. Let chocolate set. Serve and enjoy!
