8oz heavy whipping cream or for vegan use 8oz of full fat coconut cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Beat your cream on high in a stand mixer for 1-2 minutes until it gets fluffy. Add in your sugar, protein powder, and vanilla and beat for 30 seconds - 1 minute until you get stiff peaks. Serve on a hot cocoa board with hot cocoa mix, marshmallows, peppermint sticks, and other toppings of choice!
