Ingredients:
Bark dough:
6 oz dairy-free chocolate, melted
1/4 cup peanut butter
1.5 cups almond flour
3 tbsp protein powder
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1-2 tbsp almond milk
Icing:
6 tbsp dairy free butter, room temp
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
First, make your bark dough by mixing the melted chocolate with peanut butter until smooth. Add the rest of your ingredients and press evenly on parchment lined 8x8 pan (it might be a little crumbly, that’s okay!! reserve 1/2 cup of dough crumbles for the top!)
Next making your icing by beating together the icing ingredients until light and fluffy. Spread evenly over base layer. Top with crumble and then refrigerate for 1+ hour until set. Cut into bark pieces &
