Mango Lassi Protein Smoothie

1 cup frozen mango chunks

2 scoops Designer Wellness Vanilla Protein Powder
¾ cup regular or nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup dairy or non-dairy milk
½ t cinnamon
¼ t cardamom
½ t Stevia (optional)

Combine all the ingredients in a blender; mix on high until smooth and creamy.
