Core an apple
Fill with protein crumble (recipe below)
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, until apple is soft to touch.
Let cool briefly then split open and enjoy!
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 scoop Designer Lite Protein Vanilla Cupcake
Dash of cinnamon
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp melted peanut butter
Just mix to combine!
