Protein Lemon Brownies

You’ll need:

2 eggs

1/4 cup lemon juice 

1/2 cup sugar 

1/4 cup Designer Wellness Soy Protein

1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup pancake mix 

4 tbsp melted dairy free butter

1/2 cup white chocolate chips

1 lemon, zested 


Beat together your eggs and lemon juice and sugar.

Stir in Designer Wellness Soy Protein Powder, almond flour, and pancake mix.

Add in melted dairy free butter.

Finish off batter with some white chocolate chips and lemon zest.

Pour batter into greased 8x8 pan. 

Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes and let cool completely before adding optional icing and serving!
