Red Velvet Protein Donuts

Ingredients
1 cup + 1 tbsp oat flour
¼ cup coconut sugar
1 ¼ teaspoon baking powder
dash of salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
¾ cup dairy-free milk
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp red food coloring
1️⃣ Whisk together the dry ingredients.
2️⃣ Separately combine the wet ingredients.
3️⃣ Add the wet ingredients to the dry.
4️⃣ Transfer the batter to a large piping bag and cut the end of the bag.
5️⃣ Pipe the donut batter into a sprayed donut pan.
6️⃣ Bake for 12-15 min at 350F, toothpick test clean.
Frosting: melted white chocolate + protein powder (about 2:1 ratio) + a few drops of red food coloring
Top with sprinkles!
