¼ cup coconut sugar
1 ¼ teaspoon baking powder
dash of salt
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
¾ cup dairy-free milk
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp red food coloring
Whisk together the dry ingredients.
Separately combine the wet ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry.
Transfer the batter to a large piping bag and cut the end of the bag.
Pipe the donut batter into a sprayed donut pan.
Bake for 12-15 min at 350F, toothpick test clean.
Frosting: melted white chocolate + protein powder (about 2:1 ratio) + a few drops of red food coloring
