Here’s how:
Make your blue layer
- Blend 1 cup frozen blueberries with a dash of lemon juice.
- 1/4 scoop whey protein powder, and enough coconut water to blend.
- Add to bottom of jar.
Make your white layer
- Blend 1/2 frozen banana, handful of ice, and dash of vanilla.
- Non dairy milk to blend (coconut milk is impeccable here).
- Use a spoon to slowly layer the white on top of the blue - swirl it.
Make your red layer
- Blend the remaining 1/2 frozen banana with a handful of raspberries
- Another mini scoop of protein powder, and enough coconut water to blend.
- Use the same spoon technique to slowly add the red to the top of the white in the jar!
Decorate jar before serving if desired and enjoy!
