Leftover Candy Collagen Crunch Bars

Healthy bars that are is the perfect use of leftover Halloween candy! Simple, no baking, ready in minutes and even filled with collagen for a protein kick. Easily kept gluten-free and vegan!

Servings 6 bars

Ingredients

3/4 c Cereal
1/2 c Candy
60 g Designer Wellness Collagen, vanilla
1/2 c Nut Butter, gooey or melted
1/4 c Coconut Oil, melted
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
White Chocolate, melted

Instructions

Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
In a bowl whisk together coconut oil, maple syrup and nut butter until well combined.
Add in cereal, candy and collagen.
Mix throughly.
Pour into lined baking dish.
Top with melted white chocolate and refrigerate for 15-30 min.
Once firm, cut into bars.
Notes
Bars can be kept at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerated for up to 4 weeks- also freezer friendly!
