3 tbsp melted vegan butter
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 1/4 cup pecan or almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Dash of salt
Beat all ingredients together into a dough. Press into a lined 6x6 pan, bake at 350°F for 10 minutes while you make filling.

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vegan butter
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 scoop vanilla protein @designerprotein
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup vegan whipped cream or 2 tbsp vegan creamer
2 cups chopped pecans
Add together all the ingredients except the pecans in a pot, stirring constantly while you bring to a boil. Once it’s brought to a boil, take off heat and keep stirring for a few minutes.
Once crust is done, pour the pecans evenly over it then pour the filling syrup on top of the pecans, as evenly as possible. Bake at 350°F for 25 more minutes then let cool at least 4 hours, or overnight before cutting and enjoying🧡
