Protein Banana Ice Cream Base:
3 frozen sliced bananas
1 scoop @designerprotein vanilla plant based protein
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
As little cashew or non dairy milk as possible
Blend all ingredients together until completely smooth.
Peach crumble:
2 diced peaches
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp vegan butter
1/4 cup oats
Add all ingredients to a bowl. Microwave for 1-2 minutes, until fruit softens and mixture becomes caramelly.
THEN: layer ice cream base with crumble in a parchment lined loaf pan then freeze until scoopable, about 4+ hours! Enjoy🧡
